About the Program

The Greater Glory of Grace Foundation is committed to restoring hope and dignity to inmates through holistic rehabilitation and reintegration programs. Many prisoners face challenges such as lack of education, limited job skills, trauma, and social stigma, which often lead to reoffending after release. Through vocational training, education, counseling, and mentorship, GGGF equips inmates with practical skills and emotional support needed to rebuild their lives. The foundation also provides post-release support, including job placement guidance, small business assistance, and community reintegration programs to help former inmates become responsible and productive members of society. Our goal is not only rehabilitation but transformation — turning incarceration into an opportunity for growth, dignity, and a second chance.

Program Objectives

1

Provide vocational training in carpentry, tailoring, welding, and other marketable trades to equip inmates with practical, employable skills

2

Deliver education programs including literacy, numeracy, and life skills to address gaps that contribute to reoffending

3

Offer individual and group counseling to address trauma, addiction, and behavioral challenges faced by inmates

4

Facilitate mentorship connections between inmates and community leaders, faith mentors, and reformed ex-offenders

5

Provide post-release support including job placement guidance, small business assistance, and community reintegration programs

6

Reduce social stigma through community awareness and advocacy, helping former inmates rebuild their identity and relationships

Program Impact

Serving 60+ inmates per visit. 34 inmates have completed vocational training. Post-release support has helped former inmates secure employment and launch small businesses. Recidivism rate among program participants is 18% lower than the national average, demonstrating the power of transformation over incarceration.
